Gastroenterologist
Cincinnati GI is seeking gastroenterologists to service four of our Greater Cincinnati locations. We are a well-established, fast-growing general gastroenterology practice and must fill these (4) positions immediately. Duties for these four positions include providing care to patients in the clinic and hospital settings. Positions available in the following locations: Eastside and Westside of Cincinnati, Ohio; Hamilton, Ohio; and Northern Kentucky.
Qualified Candidates:
- Board certified or board eligible in gastroenterology
- Must be committed, willing to collaborate, and dedicated to top-notch patient care
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Advanced Fellowship is a plus

Medical Assistant
Cincinnati GI is a fast-paced medical practice that has an opening for a full-time Medical Assistant. The candidate must have medical assistant and/or procedure scheduling experience. Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience preferred, with knowledge of Allscripts a plus. No weekends required. Travel to outside clinic with physician 1 or 2 days per week which requires dependable transportation.

Duties:
- Collecting patient information and medical history
- Rooming the patient and taking patient vitals
- Promptly answering and returning phone calls
- Scheduling procedures and other testing
- Working one-on-one with the physician
- Provide back- and front-office support for the physician
- Insurance pre-certifications
- Various tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year or more experience in medical assisting
- Must have reliable transportation
- Experience with EHR
- Good computer skills

Front Office Receptionist
Cincinnati GI physician office is looking for a receptionist to help manage our front desk and answer incoming phone calls. As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will be welcoming patients and greet people who visit the office. You will be responsible to do front desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. This is a customer service role and you should have a pleasant personality. Multitasking, stress management skills and dependability are essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and guest as soon as they arrive
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, take messages and send to appropriate staff
- Work front desk checking patients in and out
- Maintain a presentable work space
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as scanning, faxing and other tasks as needed
Skills
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or in customer service
- Proficient with an EHR
- Hands on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers, scanners etc.)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
