Important COVID-19 Information
The health and safety of our patients and our staff is our top priority. For the safety of everyone, Cincinnati GI is taking precautions in how we provide care during the Coronavirus outbreak.
Most patients can still be seen in the office as long as they are wearing masks and social distancing. Each office has protocols in place to keep patients and staff as safe as possible, following the guidelines from the CDC and the Ohio Department of Health.
If you have any of these symptoms, please contact our office before you come in for an appointment:
- Fever
- Coughing
- Shortness of breath
Follow these practices to stop the spread of germs:
- Wash your hands thoroughly and frequently for at least 20 seconds.
- Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
- Keep a 6-foot distance from others.
- Stay home if you have a fever or if you do not feel well.
If you are concerned about whether you should come in for your scheduled appointment, call the office and speak to one of the staff members. They can help you make the best decision for your individual circumstances.
During this difficult time, we want to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to have a safe environment, both for our patients and our staff. We will get though these tough times by working together.
